The Trustees

Julia became Chair in 2020. She has a portfolio of trustee and non-executive roles and is the Managing Partner at Collington Capital, an impact investment firm. She was previously CEO with Impetus PEF and Pro Bono Economics.

Rebecca is a Director of Development at Oundle School. She is a fundraising and communications specialist with 20 years’ experience across academia, the commercial sector, and the arts. She began her fundraising career at The Sage Gateshead as its first corporate development manager, before moving to Kellogg College, Oxford, where she has led fundraising strategy, secured major gifts, developed alumni relations, and launched a legacy society. Prior to this, Rebecca spent over a decade in public relations, including roles at Oxford University and BMW Group’s MINI Plant. She holds a degree in German and Art History, and a Master’s in Art History and English Literature from the University of Reading.

Martin is a senior leader specialising in digital, data and technology. He has held senior roles at Houses of Parliament, Financial Conduct Authority and Ministry of Justice.

Hugh has been a senior leader in the real estate sector since joining Gerald Eve LLP in the 1980s and retiring as Chair in 2020. He has worked with major national and international commercial organisations and public sector bodies including Mayors of London and UK Government.

Rosalind is an experienced heritage and conservation professional working within the not-for-profit sector. She has run a wide range of wonderful and stunning historic estates, coast, and countryside for leading organisations such as English Heritage and the National Trust, having also worked within the museum sector. She is now Director for the London & South East Region for the Canal & River Trust, the charity that preserves our 200-year-old waterways for people, communities and nature. Her work has encompassed a broad range of experience focusing on change management and business development, advocacy, fundraising and operational leadership of varied and diverse teams.

Peter has been a Forestry Commissioner since 2019. He was previously Chairman at PEFC International, a non-profit organisation focused on sustainable forest management; and Chair and CEO at James Latham plc – a major timber distributor.

Richard is a former hockey player, a Gold medal-winner for Team GB at the 1988 Olympics. Richard is Chairman of Gold Group specialising in placing staff within construction and engineering. Richard is very involved in the local sports community and is a Trustee of East Grinstead Sports Club.

Adrià is a purpose-driven serial entrepreneur, having been involved in the beer industry, circular economy, and the built environment. He brings experience on marketing, funding, land use and biodiversity to the board.

Julian has had a career in financial services spanning three decades. Most of his professional life was spent at BNP Paribas structuring and distributing large debt capital market issuances. He is still active in financial services as an investor and developer in FinTech, he is also Chair of Governors at a local school.
